Whole Body – Clock Watcher

For this challenge you will need two kettlebells.

Today you will be doing 5 rounds of:
Full Body Attack (FBA) to Deadlift
Squat Thrusters
Swings

• Beginners: Do each exercise for 30 seconds, rest for 60 seconds.
• Intermediates: Do each exercise for 45 seconds, rest for 45 seconds.
• Advanced: Do each exercise for 60 seconds, rest for 60 seconds.

I wimped out after two rounds with 2 18 lb bells. Wasn't feeling well and was dead by the end of round 2.
